I was 28 years old and completely terrified when I decided to go back to school and get my diploma in Hairstyling. But I believe that change, as scary as it is sometimes, is necessary to move forward. I graduated from La Luma Academy in 2013 and joined their staff as a Stylist and Educator. In the summer of 2016 I was given an opportunity to open my own salon and I knew it was the right move. Loft 199 Hair Studio was born.
Behind my chair is my favourite place to be and I really think I have #thebestclients. I am honoured that my clients trust me to make their hair dreams come true! You will often find me away for various training and educational events because I am a life long student and am passionate about sharing the most up-to-date knowledge and trends with my clients. What does that mean? Session pricing means that everything needed to complete your look is one, inclusive price. It takes into account my time & skill + product usage and ensures there are no surprise add ons at the end. Gender is removed from the equation too - my goal is to help YOU feel like YOU.
Gratuity Free means that you can easily budget for your hair knowing that I am not expecting (will not accept) a tip. My pricing at a value that allows me reach both my professional and personal goals. Bonus! There will be no awkward tipping 'moment' at the end of your appointment.

I am currently accepting new clients for the following services; Lived In (Partial Foil), Blonding (Full Foil), Mini Highlight, Platinum, Colour, Vibrant Colour, Pop Piece (Blonde + Vibrant), Treatment & Style. You will find my availability in the Online Booking Portal. Please review the descriptions throughly before requesting an appointment, and stay tuned to your e-mail inbox for a digital consultation (if required).
Cancellations:
Changes/cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee totalling 50% of the booked service. No call/No Shows are subject to a fee totalling 100% of the booked service. All fees must be paid in full before booking another appointment.
Corrections:
Please let me know within 7 days of your appointment if you feel there has been a technical error with your service. When technical errors happen, I generally try to fix them on the spot (time allowing). If not, I am happy to book a follow up appointment as soon as possible to get you back on track.
